Five-Ingredient Cookies
Calling all last-minute, late-night cravings— these are for you! I tend to whip these up at 9pm when I need a lil something sweet. The best part about these cookies is that once you have the base down, you can add in ANY mixings you want: peanut butter, white chocolate chips, dried cherries, pretzels, whatever!
I usually don’t measure these ingredients and instead go off consistency, but here is a good baseline (I DID measure for recipe purposes!).
Five-Ingredient Cookies
Ingredients
2 bananas, mashed
Splash non-dairy milk of choice
1 T or small pour of agave or maple syrup
1 ½ C quick cook oats
Chocolate chips to your desired level of chocolate craving
How To
Preheat oven to 350* F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mash bananas with a fork. Add a splash of milk until it forms a liquid batter consistency. Add maple syrup and stir.
Add quick oats until it creates a thick dough batter, about 1 ½ cups. Add in chocolate chips.
Scoop onto parchment paper and bake at 350* for 15 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
Ciao for now,
Kailey
