Go-To Green Juice
Since becoming a health coach, something that’s come up with a number of clients is: What’s the deal with juicing?
This seems to be constantly debated, but here’s my approach: think of juicing as the ultimate way to get liquid vitamins. Juices can be an excellent supplement to your diet, but should not be treated as a replacement for meals.
Here is my go-to green juice recipe (all organic ingredients!) that’s a nice mix of greens nutrients and flavor.
Ingredients
1 head of romaine
½ cucumber
1 Fuji apple
4 stalks celery
1 lemon, peeled
1 chunk ginger
cilantro
How To
alternate hard and soft ingredients into juicer
add cilantro last for pop of flavor
stir, strain if desired, and pour!
