Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
Listen, I love Starbucks cold brew, one pump pumpkin spice syrup, top with cinnamon oat milk foam...but I love that I can take matters into my own hands at home, too. Here is my take on my favorite seasonal cold coffee (my hot coffee order is different, and I’ll be making that, too) that’s dairy-free, organic, and 100% delicious.
Iced Pumpkin Spice Oat Milk Latte
¼ C pumpkin puree
1 T maple syrup
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin spice
¾ C oat milk (I used Malk)
2 shots espresso (I used Nespresso)
ice
coconut whipped cream
How to:
In a Pyrex measuring cup, add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and oat milk. Stir until combined. Add to frother and set to cold stir setting.
Meanwhile, prepare your coffee and pour it in a glass over ice.
When milk is done frothing, pour over coffee. Top with whipped coconut cream and another sprinkle of pumpkin spice. Enjoy, bffs!
